2. Service Description

TradeLiq is a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") application that integrates with the Shopify e-commerce platform to provide B2B (business-to-business) quote-to-cash workflow tooling for merchants. Specifically, the Service includes:

Generation and management of B2B quotes (Request for Quote, approval, conversion to order).
Invoicing, accounts receivable, statements and credit account management.
Automated dunning (payment reminder) workflows.
A self-service customer portal for the merchant's B2B buyers.
Integration with Stripe for online invoice payment processing.
Optional artificial intelligence features to draft quotes from email RFQs (Growth / Enterprise plans).

The service is offered to legal persons (companies) operating Shopify stores. It is not directed at consumers (B2C). Although individual sole proprietors (autónomos) may install the app, the contractual relationship is regarded as a B2B service relationship.

All content of this website, including without limitation the source code, design, brand name "TradeLiq", logo, texts, illustrations, photographs, graphic elements and structure, is the property of Daniel Benjamin Rey Lopez or is used under valid licenses. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable copyright law.

5. Liability and Availability

TradeLiq endeavours to keep the website and the App available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or for reasons of force majeure (incidents at Shopify, Stripe, Cloudflare, Neon or other third-party providers).

TradeLiq is not liable for damages caused by malware, interruptions or interferences attributable to the user, to internet service providers or to other third parties outside its control. The full limitation of liability clauses are detailed in the Terms of Service.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of this website or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain), subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
